Kronos est un programme créé par Olivier Landemarre. C'est un outil pour tester les performances des machines compatibles TOS créées par Atari. Il tourne sous toutes les configurations possibles:
  • machines 68000 STE/ST, Mega STE/ST
  • machines 68030 Falcon, TT
  • clones Hadès, Milan
  • emulateurs Aranym, Hatari

Voici le tableau des performances globales des machines utilisant réellement un processeur Motorola 68k/Coldfire

Une comparaison intéressante entre le Quadra 040/33MHz et le Milan 040/25MHz. Le Milan montre des performances globalement supérieures grâce à des accès RAM et disque meilleurs malgré une fréquence de base inférieure.

Attention: échelle logarithmique! A chaque niveau, ça double la performance!!		 Here is the global performance table with machines actually using a Motorola 68k/Coldfire processor.

An interesting comparison between the Quadra 040/33MHz and the Milan 040/25MHz. The Milan reveals better performances thanks to the RAM and Disk accesses in spite of its lower frequency.
